Replacements First If your file has an error, we will quickly email you a new, direct link to download a working copy of the PDF book.
When We Give Refunds If we cannot fix the problem with your file or if the new link does not work, we will give you your money back. We can give you a full refund, a partial refund, or a price reduction.
How Long Refunds Take When we start a refund, the time it takes to get your money depends on your payment method. If you paid with a bank account or a card linked to PayPal, it can take from a few minutes to a few days to see the money in your account.
